Who is eligible to join the Willowberry Rewards plan?
All Willowberry customers who make purchases at www.willowberry.co.uk can join our Willowberry Rewards plan. You automatically receive Loyalty Points on every order you make even if you haven’t signed up for a Rewards account, but you will need to sign up/log in to be able to spend your points, and to refer friends.
Do I have to pay to have a Willowberry Rewards account?
No, our Willowberry Rewards account is completely free.
I’ve been buying Willowberry for ages, can I get points for the purchases I’ve made in the past?
We installed our Willowberry Rewards system at the end of 2022; for every order you have made since we installed the system you will have automatically received Loyalty Points, even if you haven’t yet signed up to the Rewards Plan. The system is unable to apply loyalty points for orders made before we installed the Rewards system onto our website.
How do I redeem my points to receive money off my order?
Sign In to your Willowberry Rewards account. Click on the section that says Ways to Redeem. When you have at least 500 points to redeem, there will be a REDEEM button next to your points earned – click the Redeem button, then click the button to apply the discount code to your order and continue shopping at www.willowberry.co.uk.
Is there a limit to how many points I can earn?
No, there is no limit on the amount of points you can earn.
Is there a minimum number of points needed to be able to redeem?
Yes, a minimum of 500 points is needed to redeem per order.
Will my points expire?
No, your points will not expire - save them up until you're ready to spend them!
How do I earn Birthday Points?
You can receive 100 points every year on your birthday – to receive these, you need to sign in to your Willowberry Rewards account and input your birthday date. You will need to do this at least a month before your birthday, otherwise you will receive points from your next birthday onwards.
How do I Refer a Friend to purchase at Willowberry?
Click here to sign up/log in to your Willowberry Rewards account, then in the Willowberry Rewards Pop-Up screen, scroll down to Refer Your Friends. You can either share the personalized referral link that is there, or you can click the EMAIL button that is there to share it directly through the Rewards app. Your friend will be sent a unique £5 voucher code to use on their first purchase at www.willowberry.co.uk.
If a friend has purchased from Willowberry before, they will not be eligible to receive the voucher.
How do I claim my £5 Refer a Friend voucher?
Once your friend has made their first purchase at www.willowberry.co.uk, you will automatically be issued a £5 voucher code as a reward. You will only receive the £5 voucher if the friend you referred makes a purchase.
