As part of our National Age Without Apology Month this June, we’ve teamed up with expert facialist Nichola Joss for her exclusive expert tips on caring for skin with age, working with your skin rather than against it.

As you get older, you might find that your skincare needs to work harder for you, and your current products are no longer up to the job. That’s because skin goes through a lot of changes as we enter our 40s and move through each decade:

Nichola’s top 5 tips on how to look after midlife and mature skin:
