I’m 43 and it fascinates me to think about how I’ve evolved over time – I assumed I’d always remain exactly the same throughout my life. Which inherently, I am the same person I’ve always been. But some of my priorities have changed, my interests have changed, how I look after myself has changed.

In my 40s, I care about balance, wellbeing, health, peace of mind. I prioritise fitness, scheduling weight-training into my diary twice a week as a non-negotiable. I care about looking after my future self.

I have a huge sense of gratitude and I notice and appreciate the small things in life. I spend time with friends and family, people who make me feel good. I laugh a lot, have fun, dance. I try not to sweat the small stuff.

I love spending time in nature, in the garden, in the fresh air. I walk a lot more than I ever used to.

This is what helps me glow from the inside out.
