I have had to make the difficult decision to temporarily stop international deliveries outside of the EU. (We are still able to deliver to the UK and the EU as normal). This is because there are currently substantial price increases for sending mail outside of the EU from the UK during Covid-19 - as much as 93% increase and still rising - due to the mass reduction of flights across the world, increasing restrictions and high demand for air cargo space.
To give you an example of the additional costs I have been absorbing, it currently costs me £19.74 to send a parcel to the USA, with costs continuing to rise, which is something that I just can't continue to sustain.
I'm sorry to let our international customers down - the US in particular is our biggest international market - but we will return this service as soon as we are able. Thank you for your patience and understanding ❤
