Have you heard about our Willowberry skincare Sustainable Swaps initiative? The issue of sustainability can be so overwhelming that it's all too easy to end up doing nothing at all. But small swaps can add up to make a big difference and we believe it's better to do something rather than nothing at all.
Sustainable Swaps we have made with our Willowberry skincare include moving to biodegradable tamper stickers, swapping rosewood oil for coriander seed oil, swapping sellotape for paper tape, swapping imported chia seed for UK chia seed and reducing our parcel sizes.
What's more, small swaps can add up to make a bigger difference if you can impact your supply chain. For instance, I gave my UK manufacturer a contact for UK chia seed oil to cut out the air miles of imported chia seed oil; this is now not only used for all Willowberry products, but my manufacturer also swapped their entire supply for every client in their portfolio.
